The key to this position is RECRUITING Marketing Partners (students) who will conduct a 3-question survey with tourists in high-traffic tourist destinations.

Recruiting will take place in high schools and colleges IN YOUR CITY to find stucents who are hungry and willing to earn an average of $20 to $45 per hour.

The team you want to recruit are students IN YOUR CITY who are hungry and willing to earn an average of $20 to $45 per hour. 

Training Made EASY

Once you’ve started recruiting team members, they now need to know WHAT TO DO and say.  Here’s what they need to do first:

  1. TOOLS
    Each team member needs a clipboard (very cheap).
  2. LOCATIONS
    Next, assign them a time and location to work (you create a grid and let them choose the times and locations in your city that works around their schedule).
  3. WHAT TO SAY: 
    Excuse me, We are doing a school project.  Do you have a second to answer no more than 3 questions?  (most people will talk to students). NOTE:  This is NOT about attending a timeshare presentation.

Questions:

      1. Are you a local or visiting?
      2. Are you staying in a hotel or when you travel, do you stay in hotels?  If they say yes, ask the 3rd question.  If they say no, thank them for their time and move on to the next tourist.
      3. How do you feel about paying RESORT FEES that are added to your bill when you check out?


If they respond by saying they hate paying resort fees, say, great and show them the clipboard with with the flyer and QR CODE, and ask them to scan the QR code from their phone.   That’s it.

Managing

Here’s the important part – scheduling and managing.  The teens’ job is to distribute 150 cards or more per shift working 4 hours (one about every 2-seconds).  They can split up the time any way you/they choose.  Once they sign up, you will have access to their stats in a back-office that we will provide to you for free.  With this, you will be able to quickly see who is working and who is not by seeing which teen is getting clicks (and sales) from people scanning the QR code on the back of the cards they hand out.

No Need To Supervise

Since each team member gets paid on commission, if they don’t work, they won’t make any money.  We recommend that you provide TARGET AREAS filled with tourists and convention goers, so you can point them in the right direction.  

This is NUMBERS GAME.  The more people they speak with, the more everyone will earn. 

The Money

As we mentioned above, you will have an opportunity to easily earn $7K+ per month doing this job.   

You will need to sign up as an Executive Partner (free for 15 days, then $50 per month thereafter, until canceled).  Please keep in mind, this is NOT A JOB, but an OPPORTUNITY.  The amount of money you want you can earn is up to YOU. 

Your income (like your team’s earnings) is commission based. Here are the numbers (with 25 team members) – with each teen speaking with 100-200 people per.

With a team of 25 people: 

  • If 2% conversion, you’ll earn an estimated $3,950/mo. ($158/team member)
  • 5% conversion: $7,900/mo. ($315/team member)
  • 10% conversion: $19,700/mo. ($788/team member)
  • 15% conversion: $29,525/mo. ($1,181/team member)

The entry fee for a student is just a one-time fee of $30, which makes this extremely affordable for just about student.  Keep in mind, you are NOT limited to just 25 teens, as you’ll be constantly recruiting as many teens won’t follow through.

ICM Fee

We charge a fee of $50/mo. (with a 15 free trial).  This covers the tracking costs, custom promotional artwork, and strategic consultation and strategies.
